You can pay via Western Union or Money Gram. For samples, we require a 100% deposit. For bulk orders, we accept Bank Transfer, Western Union, and Money Gram. A 50% advance payment is required against our proforma invoice to start production, and the remaining 50% balance is transferred when the shipment is ready to ship.

Normally, production takes about 2-3 weeks, depending on your order quantity.

Yes, absolutely. We always suggest new customers make a sample first for the first cooperation, so you can check our workmanship and inspect our quality. Sample lead time is 1 week after your design is confirmed. Delivery via DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. takes about 6-7 working days to your door. Sample fees should be charged first.
